rinse in water of similar temperature to avoid felting,

do not wring – gently squeeze out the water with your hands.

select the "wool" or "delicate" program,

temperature 30°C, low speed (max. 400–600),

use a wool detergent with lanolin,

do not use fabric softeners.

Drying:

do not use a tumble dryer,

After washing, place the hat flat on a towel and shape it,

do not dry on a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Extra tip: Merino wool has antibacterial properties, so it is enough to air it regularly - it does not require frequent washing.

Returns
Our store has a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Returned merchandise must be in pristine condition and must include all tags. A receipt will also be required.
Include the completed form in your package return/exchange form (you can find it in the regulations in point 10)
