The fabrics used to manufacture the mat are extremely gentle to the skin of babies and children, ensuring safe and comfortable use. In order to ensure the durability and high quality of our products, we recommend hand or machine washing at 30/40 degrees Celsius. Avoid tumble drying to maintain the softness and durability of the fabric for many years.

Returns
Our store has a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Returned merchandise must be in pristine condition and must include all tags. A receipt will also be required.
Include the completed form in your package return/exchange form (you can find it in the regulations in point 10)
