Composition:
- 100% merino wool jersey with a weight of 240 g/m² in spring-summer suits, blouses and hats for all seasons
- 100% cotton rib (sweatshirts, jackets)
Care:

Hand wash (safest):

use lukewarm water (approx. 30°C),
-
add a gentle wool detergent (preferably with lanolin),
-
soak gently and knead lightly – do not rub vigorously,
-
rinse in water of similar temperature,
-
do not wring – squeeze out the water with your hands.

Machine wash:
-
select the "wool" or "delicate" program, temperature 30°C,
-
low revs (maximum 400–600),
-
use wool detergent,
-
do not use fabric softener.

Drying:
-
do not use a tumble dryer,
-
dry flat, giving the suit shape,
-
avoid drying in the sun or on a radiator.

Additional information: Merino wool is antibacterial, so it does not require frequent washing – just air it regularly.

Returns
Our store has a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Returned merchandise must be in pristine condition and must include all tags. A receipt will also be required.
Include the completed form in your package return/exchange form (you can find it in the regulations in point 10)

Cost reimbursement
